Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation

Nope nope, don't turn it down, please read my comment. I was exactly there one year ago where you are. I switched from 10 LPA to 25 LPA and had the same fear.
But, yes, it took me several months to be able to grasp everything at the new office but I could finally after some months justify my work, and it won't be as difficult as it might seem to you now.
You got it because you deserve it. You have cleared several rounds, the hiring team is not a fool to hire you. They see the potential in you, they do that with so many candidates every day I suppose.
Do not underestimate yourself, I can promise you, this is just the beginning.
You will start feeling confident and soon you will switch again for even a much higher package.
Now, I have switched from 25 to 40 LPA, I have 4.3 YOE.
I gained that confidence in a year. I promise you would too.
I think you should switch and that too to a good product-based company. You will get a good hike and a lot more learning too. I have switched twice to reach 40 LPA in 4 years. First switch was 10 to 25 and now second was 25 to 40.
No, don't deny. Even if you join in another company for less amount, what's the guarantee that the expectations will be less bcz candidate is offered less.? Just go with it. Learn like hell in few months. Turn that tension and that weird feeling in stomach into curiosity and learn. You will do great. Everyone at some point in their career had to do this in order to become perfect right.?
❤️
If it’s not a startup and Netcracker, you don’t have anything to worry about.
What exactly at NC are you referring to as I recently joined..
Go with it
You should be only worried if you are going to a startup.
If it's any established company, just close your eyes and go with higher package.
Yes, it's an established company.
Thank you.
