I have more than 5 years of experience in it support analyst position, I got layoff and trying get job from last 6 months but no luck , getting interviews but after two rounds they say they got someone match more for the position, now I am tiered and exhausted giving interviews, I don’t know even I get job or not. Sometimes I feel is this end of my career or what or may be something is missing in my skills or something that’s the reason I am not selected in interviews.

Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. Anyone that interviewed or gotten a job with Meta how did it take from the onsite to get your decision? Since I had to reach out to the recruiter and haven't heard anything since I assume they're interested in another candidate.

Are there any recruiters in this bowl? What would inspire you to post openings?

In your opinion, are the wall street prep courses good for getting a practical exposure to financial modeling and add value to resume? Are they similar to real life cases? Is it worth it?

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy). Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. 6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. I already applied for unemployment but doctors are telling me I’ve got 10-14 weeks left in this pregnancy.. so stressed having twins and being unemployed, no maternity leave, no paychecks coming in, and I’ve been applying but not a single interview.. just ugh. 😭
