I have my DHL Associate Trainee interview in Indore this month. Flying in from Hyderabad and returning the same day. Can anyone share how many rounds they conduct, if it’s completed in one day, and what kind of questions to expect? Is it mostly HR or are there technical/aptitude rounds too? I was recently interviewing a very good candidate who was not only technically strong but also had a very good problem solving skill. Below is his yoe and tech stack

Certified in all AA versions.
CCTC 25LPA
Expecting 40LPA
I felt this is a desirable ask but we didn't have enough budget to accomodate. Now we are going back to drawing board to reshuffle the budget for next FY, what would be an apt scale for someone with the profile above?

I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.
