I have physical shares in the name of both my Uncle and Dad, My Uncle is in Canada and my Dad's in India. My Uncle doesn't have aadhar card, He has his pan card.

Now - I want to remove my Uncle's name or transfer the whole to my Dad. how can this be done?? These are still the old physical hard copy shares.

I'm 22 and planning to take a life insurance. I'm comparing all policies and max life seems attractive as it has good claim settlement ratio and less premiums. But there is no office near our area. My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?
Other options I'm considering are SBI life, HDFC life which offices are available in my locality.

Hello everyone, need a help from you.

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

A friend of mine introduced me to the portal when I filed a complaint explaining the matter in detail, uploading Twitter DM screenshots, where the company was clearly denying responsibilities on the above.

* Large cap mutual funds - 6 (total 40K sip per month) current portfolio of 4L
* FDs - 2 of 25K each
*Medical insurance - company provided
