26% variable 😬😬 it's better to remain in current organization. bcz from past 2 yrs Accenture has not given 100% variable to anyone. so even after Accenture ctc, you'll get almost same. it's better to negotiate with your current organization. Also, you'll learn more in a product based company rather than Accenture.
Try to increase your fixed pay at Accenture
I also got an offer from jp morgan as AVP but with 35 lpa fixed and 5 lpa bonus or performance. My current organization might give me 10 % hike in 4 months. But environment is toxic due to one individual in my office. So I am still thinking what I should do.
See.. if you think your current environment is toxic.. then it's better to leave. And join JPMC. but don't join Accenture. Try to negotiate with JPMC with Accenture offer. Ask them to give atleast 40 LPA. If they even agree to increase to 37-38 lpa, then it's a win-win situation for you. 37-38 lpa with 5 lpa bonus.. is good agreement.
And now that you have 9 yrs of experience.. search for stability and not for capital. bcoz.. honestly, right now the market conditions are 50-50.
Jpmc has given offer letter with 35 lpa fixed n HR said the 5 lakh performance will be given in 2 nd month salary but won't be mentioned anywhere in the offer letter n I should take her word for it. But I feel it's very risky to take her word for it n resign in my company n join jpmc. I requested her to add it in offer letter or email. But as per company policy she could not do it. She mentioned.
Then it would be paid according to your performance. You can check with someone from JPMC.
