I have received an offer from Accenture with a fixed salary of ₹12.20 LPA and a total CTC of ₹14.76 LPA including variable pay. I have requested a revised compensation of ₹15 LPA fixed plus ₹1 LPA variable. The HR informed me that they would seek internal approval and then issue a revised offer letter.

Could you please let me know how long the approval process and issuance of the revised offer letter typically take?

A director in another unit wants to meet me to “continue a conversation we started last year”. He is referring to the time I had asked him if there were openings on his team. Hr confirmed for 26 LPA CTC but after couple of days told that max budget for this role is 21 LPA.

CCTC - 18.3 LPA, YOE - 7.4, Tech - QA automation.

Please suggest if I should accept this offer. They don't have issues with 90days NP.
