Talk to your reporting manager and ask him his plan for you. I also was in the same situation but after talking to manager I am convinced that they will onboard me after 15 days
Everyday try to have a chat with your manager until someone tries to reach out to you. So that he will be aware that you are doing your job

I think 1 week is too early to get into conclusions. Give it two more weeks and you will understand if they are really that bad.
I feel this is common in startups (without onboarding process in place) and WFH adds to it.
If no one communicates to the team that a new member has joined, no one get's to know
One suggestion, reach out to the HR/Manager and ask for the team member names and reachout on your own
