I have recently received job offers from EY, KPMG, and Kenvue, and I’m currently trying to decide which one would be the best fit for my long-term career. My role is aligned with Data Analytics/Power BI, and while EY is offering a slightly higher compensation, I would like to understand how the overall experience compares across these organizations. Specifically, I’m interested in insights on work culture, work-life balance, learning and growth opportunities, project quality, and job stability.

How do firms give bonuses to associate attorneys? Quarterly, monthly, annually? What is a bonus based on? Money recieved, billable hours, etc?

I am done with my client interview and it went well but they are asking me to come to gugaon location.
I am from Bangalore location.
I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.

I am writing this message besides the staff group of EY GDS. Specifically Staff -1 at assurance level. I would request everyone to spare few minutes and read it -

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
