Hi Fishes, I have been offered by Cognizant Consulting to move to UK for a short term. However I have my permanent braces treatment going on in India. Can anyone guide if Cognizant Consulting (UK) covers dental treatment in insurance. Can anyone also let me know how much does braces treatment cost in London? Cognizant

Definitely needs to be replaced. Run flat tires don't last forever, it's actually really dangerous to have a punctured sidewall.
This is good to drive. In fact if I had this situation and didn’t have the insurance I would continue to drive on this. I’ve had gashes like this before on tires and no issues. It’s when the threads start to show that you have a problem. So long as there is no bubbling, etc you are ok.
I’ve driven BMWs with run flats for 15 years… a small gash like that, your fine… if it actually penetrates, the run flats will keep you going for 50 miles.
You have the insurance, so you might as well get it taken care of… but for the future…
If your tire shop is 10 minutes away on a 30-40mph street I’d stick to the speed limit and drive there, anything beyond that I’d call AAA. If you bought your car new maybe it comes with free roadside assistance, and if so now it’s the time to use that.
That’s what I thought. The nearest dealer is two hours away. I suppose I got the insurance and roadside assistance for a reason.
I’d get it fixed that week. I wouldn’t freak out over a day or two of driving on it tho.
