I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.

I wouldn’t worry about this. If you are into the opportunity you’ll figure it out! The ability to live in the grey is part of moving up in agencyland.
Don't sell yourself short. Every new job has a learning curve. Ask the right questions during the next round, and be in the mindset of hitting the ground running when you start the job. The team should be setting you up for success to get you onboarded asap
Able to catch up as quickly as this team needs me to. Should I save us both time and explain this to the hiring manager or continue to interview and see what happens?
Absolutely not. All of the above. And if you do get the job, it's partially on you to catch up / google everything after hours etc. I'd suggest reading up on the clients right now (assuming by now they have told you who they are) to impress them in the 2nd interview. Also, not for nothing but this is account management 101. You're the one who learns things to then tell other people and be THE point person for all things on the account for the team.
Was in the same position OP. Fast hire, two accounts. Got offered the role and it was a fucking mess and intense and stressful for a while. It was a sink or swim opportunity and thankfully i could figure it out. Have the confidence that you can do the same!
To be practical, speak more to the interviewers about heavy a lift your daily tasks will be and whwre they see you adding immediate value to figure out your gameplan. Move on from there :)
