I joined an organization 1 month back. The job is fine but not as per my expectations. Meanwhile, there was another interview process going on with another organization before I joined. A couple of days back I cleared the 3 rounds of the interview process and my HR round is pending with this organization. They have a higher budget compared to where I have recently joined. How should I explain the HR that I have recently moved to a new org but I am ready to join their org?
