I joined Wipro in May 2022 in band3. Initially it was displaying survivors benefits as eligible but I have revisited MyFinancial and found that it is saying not eligible for survivors benefits. Can someone explain the eligibility process of survivors benefits.

Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.
