Wishing you luck, OP!
Thanks… I think I’m more OG than OP!
Good luck! I’ve heard they try to pay low but know someone who pushed hard and got close to what they wanted.
They didn’t stay that long. Said there were too many layers/bureaucracy for their taste. But non-creative. And that’s just one experience so see if you get some more from here and your network.
Very awards-focused, so be prepared to talk about your favorite Cannes/D&AD work. I’d also ask about work-life balance, as it varies greatly from team to team. Walmart, for example, is brutal.
You could not ask for better CCOs. Great people, respectful, human.
They like smart and reliable people. If they can count on you, you will be noted.
The “can do” attitude goes a loooong way with them.
Not sure if I cracked your code.
Not sure which office you’re referring to but be prepared to be over-soled possible work on decent projects, instead more likely creating mediocre/traditional work most of your time there. The work you see them publicize is just 1 good piece of 100 not so great projects - which are usually done by hand-picked Sr teams.
Do you know what some of their “good” agencies are ( maybe as far as good communication, teamwork etc.?)
