I just received my PSM-I cert. I am currently a BA now and looking for jobs now. I wanted to know how this cert could positively impact my career and salary. What jobs I can start looking at or should I stay in the BA field?

I have recently entered the Management Consulting world (previously in accounting) and would like to obtain a few certifications to learn more about the ins and outs as well as to distance myself from the accounting world.

Which certs should I get and which should I start with?
This is my current tentative plan as of now.
Current Year: Scrum Master and ProSci
Next Year: Agile and LSS
3rd Year: PMP and LSS

What's the possibility of extending doj beyond notice period.

I have 90 days notice period and I need 3 more weeks extra to complete current organization bonus period. If I join the other organization with 90 days notice, I need to pay back the bonus I received.

Your thoughts or suggestions please.

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?
