Just remember what JPM did to Tesla! Our world might have been much different today had greed not won over....
Leaving a company after 1 month is burning bridges.
Are you willing to burn bridges for a 10% increase??
My personal opinion is no. But if they are reorganizing or you hear of possible layoffs, then feel free to jump ship
Don’t do it for 10%. Better to do 2+ years at C1 first and then come to jp for a much higher bump/position
Generally, I would say it *seems* better than C1. Depends on the team and your org though.
Offers are always something I consider seriously, but it does beg the question if the grass is greener on the other side. Would also think about whether the offers will get better once you’ve been there longer. Hard to say, but I would definitely think out the pros and cons.
Ask JP for more. Consider it an admin/transition fee
100 percent not worth it! If you got on the right team maybe, some teams are your worst nightmare!
Dont chase money, chase experience and make sure you happy what you doing. It matters the most in long term.
