Crossroads Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. You don't want people to think everything you've accomplished was because you slept with the partner. Nobody else will want to work with you, and the partner can only cover you for so long. If you do continue with this, just go out of your way to keep it under wraps and work your ass off to impress the other people in your office. I've been in the same situation, but it's worked out for me so far.
So she's a diverse hire and a troll? I think that's very progressive that diversity initiatives seek to ensure that trolls are fairly represented in our workforce and not discriminated against. Just because they live under bridges and per dungeons and dragons rules can only be killed by fire or acid doesn't mean they can't be successful auditors too.
Keep those and don't delete. Document everything. You just got the golden ticket.
Take it up the chain. Get paid out $$$$.
People seem to think the partner is only at fault here. OP is def a problem as well

You would think a partner is smart enough not to get into such a situation. If this isn't a troll my mind is completely blown. All the partners I've worked with are respectable individuals

He gave me this "zero code" that I can basically just charge my time to. My utilization is even better than most of my peers

I don't want to get him in trouble because I know he is the reason I got the job and honestly he puts me on the easiest jobs so I can basically sit in the office and watch Netflix and YouTube.
Your salary is minimal compared to what you can probably get. Plus doing the easy jobs only hurts you in the long run plus idk how you're charging the time.
honestly, I wouldn't take you seriously if you were my junior either. if I were you, I'd try to get on some jobs and show that you're putting in actual billable hours. things spread like wildfire in the office - everyone will know what's going on, you don't want to start your career off like that.
I had to flirt to get the job, so yes, initially I led him on, but I knew he was married with kids, so I didn't think he would ever even make a move. I can tell my senior knows what's going on. They won't even take me seriously, I'm a diverse hire and feel like I deserve better.

You're gross..you're the one that led him on and now has a problem. You definitely do not deserve better.
She's not trying to be successful. She's trying to watch Netflix while getting a paycheck for work she should be doing and isn't. Makes the rest of us hard working women look bad and it takes away credit from diversity programs if she really even is in one. As a minority in this industry and a woman, this pisses me off
I had something similar happen to me in my office and I haven't had to do any work in almost a year! Live it up! He let's me charge all my time to a client that is way under budget

Please make sure to keep your reputation intact. I can tell you that a partner and manager in my office had something and not only was he fired, but no one would take her on their job. She eventually left for another firm. Everyone knew, even clients, and no amount of quality work that she may or may not have been capable of mattered to any of them. Don't give him the wrong idea, document everything, and demonstrate that you're actually a worker. DO NOT SLEEP WITH HIM...make manager on your own (it's not that hard, just don't fuck up for 5 years).
