I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs
What the wlb for women in Citi pune??
Hey sharks
I got offer on Citiustech Healthcare Technologies
May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?
Got messaged by a C3 . ai recruiter. Read that wlb is bad and that the interview process is absurdly long, but the Glassdoor reviews are 4.2 and can't find actual hours worked posted by anyone. How's the culture really? I'd be aiming for DS consulting, something more functional but with DS/ML concepts as my differentiator.

Frequent breaks and making a conscious effort to unplug at least once a week, even if it’s for half a day.
I tell all of my colleagues and the people that I work with this all the time: your cases will be there & go on with our without you. Don’t sacrifice your mental health and happiness for work; it will never be worth it. I say this as a firm owner; you have to take care of yourself so you can effectively do the job.
Our work is already stressful, especially if you litigate; don’t make it more difficult by overburdening yourself.
This is definitely the way to combat the burnout. I feel like lots of people take the approach that you do where they take a break and then dive back in and that isn't the way to avoid burnout. That just gets you burnt out all over again.
Hard agree with Attorney 1. Sooo many people in this industry pretend that burnout and mental health don't exist or matter. It does matter and if you don't take care of yourself, you'll never be as good as you could be. Your work will be there after your nap.
