I keep taking calls with companies because I get some actually good offers on LinkedIn (I work in a growing area of health tech) but I have no intention of switching companies at the moment. I like to test the market. What is the proper time to stop interviewing? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time but I’m also obviously passively willing to chat and look around at opportunities

How many times has a recruiter wasted your time?

Feel no shame in giving a return serve. They do it to us, shamelessly.

Keep getting practice and seeing what’s out there, you may not be ready to jump but you never know when a really good opportunity will come along. Continue testing the waters

Not sure the answer to this since I’m a campus hire, but question: do you have your “open to work” setting toggled on for LinkedIn? Thank you!

That’s awesome!

Hello everyone.

I appeared for the interview for KPMG GS for the role of Associate Consultant.
So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.

Are there gonna be more rounds of interview..? If not, what is expected timeline they take to make the final decision..?

Thanks in advance.

I interviewed at Google and cleared all onsite interviews back in July. Then came the hiring freeze and my role was de-prioritized. Now I'm being called for another position which I applied through the same recruiter before for the same group but different role. My question is will Google reuse the positive feedback and will it help/add value to this new position?

Hi All,
Just want your suggestion on this to help me decide.
I've been working in QA team for big data project and recently I've got offers from Startup and service based MNC as data engineer for the role of Data Engineer.
I've not worked on the actual development of ETL batches till now but I want to learn and grow gradually.

What kind of organisation would be best for me considering my mental health as well because I take too much stress ?

Thanks 🙏
