What is tier 1 2 3 stuff?
Hi fishes,I have around 5.2 yrs of hands on exp in data engg. and able to clear service based companies interviews easily. Now I want to switch to product based companies as I am looking for some good work, good salary but I am not really strong in dsa as it's not part of my daily work.I don't really use trees and graphs as part of my daily work.
How shall I switch to product based companies considering DSA is their 1st round itself.what level of DSA can I expect from companies for data engineer position?

I’ve lived in San Diego my entire life and the way San Diego treats their homeless population is despicable. City and county government have been launching full on assault on the working class of San Diego for decades and it simply comes down to exploiting the housing need and prioritizing private corporations and luxury property everywhere. Every first of the month since the pandemic I’m watching UHauls leaving neighbors and new homeless camps pop up where they never were historically and there are less and less historic ethnic neighborhoods that can be identified. Don’t sit here and complain about the presence of homeless people when your need to live in a downtown apartment and your complaints are directly causing the issue and pushing forth gentrification everywhere.
The way Hawaii is experiencing critical issues in their locale is very similar to how San Diego is positioning itself as a tourist destination and a military stronghold. I will not be surprised if this bourgeoise attitude that’s being expressed here is the catalyst that will propel the city into dire stakes that Hawaii is currently facing.
@Deloitte1 words you don’t agree with = word salad gibberish? Is there a reason why everyone else was able to score 100 on reading comprehension for this comment but you were not?
Stop voting democrat
So to go back to the section 8 point. I can guarantee you that making housing inaccessible will only increase drug use… we’ve seen this over and over. Ask any person on the street if they’ll promise to stop using if it means they get an apartment and you will reliably find them unable to do so. What you are suggesting is the failed “bootstrap” phenomenon. Can’t fix yourself to get clean to get housing if everything else in your life sucks or only reinforces your drug use.
Funny, it doesn’t sound like you (any of you) have empathy for the homeless to me.
It was less of a problem when we had Republican mayor
It really isn’t a republican or democrat thing. The rise in homeless in the last few years is a combination of absurd housing costs and the impact of pandemic. The majority of those that fell victim to homelessness are seniors and families. And despite what people may think about the demographic of homeless folks - studies have shown that the per capita abuse of illicit drugs did not correlate to population of homelessness, neither did rates of substance-use disorder - it’s lack of affordable housing! Also the fact that San Diego has a “fail-first” response system - resources for those in need are limited in the first place and you have to be in a crisis already to receive any instead of having preventative resources.
I feel this. It really is such a hard thing. On the one hand like you said I feel sad for them. But on the other hand my tax dollars are paying for them and it really sucks.
You guys are funny. As if Democrats vs Republicans would make any difference. The root cause of the issue is so much beyond that.
Let's start by looking up countries who actually resolved this issue ...
It’s almost like the government is doing that intentionally. Isn’t all the money they take out from our salaries enough to take these people and give them medication so they can be part of the society and contribute? Instead of being only a problem?
