Anyone have tips for cover letter/resume to stand out?
They are huge on not negotiating salary there based on their blog.
Anyone know the base salary/expected commission? - It requires you to answer on the application. I would be so thrilled to work at the company I just want to put what they start out at.

The offer is 115k+5k bonus with a 9% AIP. (I have 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. I haven’t finished my bachelors yet.) Previously the role was CBO - Project Delivery Senior Analyst – Scrum Master after back and forth with the hiring manager with a salary of 102k + 6k signing bonus and a 6% AIP. Thoughts?

Whut? Who told you these silly rules?
Quit being such a queen and drink up. What would your ancestors think.
I use the glasses in hotel rooms and drink coffee on flights. Also, I don't need a safe space and am impervious to micro aggressions.
Why shouldn't you drink coffee on a plane?
I agree with the plane thing, the glasses no and they are transferred to the plane clean and not washed with that awful water.
The coffee in the plane is silly. If it's boiled it's ok...
Occam's razor explanation for why flight attendants walk onto planes with their own coffee even though they brew free (for them) coffee on planes is that plane coffee is inherently less delicious than specialty coffee, and maybe they prefer lattes
Meh. Both articles are slow news day sensational attention getters. ("News at 11, what your dentist isn't telling you about the hazards of flossing!")
A1: Because they get per diem and we all know that while not toxic in the least, if we had the ability to use the "Known" crewmember entry and had to be at the airport 60 minutes before departure time and weren't embroiled in prepping decks or other crap, we would all be hitting Starbucks in that hour!
Meh, I'm a coffee snob but I don't mind coffee on the plane at all. If I'm flying at 6am flight and I need to get shit done on the flight, AA coffee'll do

Thank God I only drink tea.
