I lead a customer service team for sports simulation hardware. Our 2-year warranty once met expectations, but customers now often demand coverage well beyond that. Many seem unwilling to accept responsibility for post-warranty repairs. It seems consumer perception around warranties now appear to be a suggestion? Has anyone else seen this trend?

How hard is everyone pushing their corporate clients to authorize nonresident assignees whose only 2020 US compensation was the value of their 2019 tax preparation?
My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again. From my own point of view, I don't really want to spend my time on such returns, either, even if the revenue and easy return are nice.

I grew up with a lot of social anxiety so I can't really believe I'm saying this, but my favorite thing about working at a store is that I have to talk to people every day. It's really helped me come "out of my shell" and stepping outside of my comfort zone has given me more confidence than I ever thought it would.

Yesterday someone told me: “I will never shop here again!” I saw them at the same time the following week! Lol. Just a reminder to not take anything too personally.
