I learnt digital Marketing and started Interning at this Media House in Mumbai.
I am in the Paid Media Team. They paid 7k as stipend. Now they gave me an offer letter as Media Executive, the role of client coordination and basically a beginner account Manager.
But they've offered a monthly salary of 12k. They said the max they can do is 15k.
The problem here is, I was under the impression that Media houses generally pay higher, but 15k is too less I believe.
I want to know your real thoughts
