I left ZS almost three years ago. I thought of coming back but people tell me the place is different now.

I was an ace performer but left coz the market was great and I got 4 offers at once. Thought of taking that risk.

But now - I miss the culture I experienced in zs between 2020-2021.

What are the thoughts of people who have been at ZS since then and what do you recommend?

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?
