Making ~86k € all-in as junior consultant at Accenture (Strategy) in Berlin, managers start at around 110k € all-in I think.
Price of one bedroom apartment would probably be between 700€ and 1400€ (depends on location). Best resource to check is this: https://www.immobilienscout24.de/?seaid=g_brand&gclid=CjwKCAjw3MSHBhB3EiwAxcaEu-P44E1w1MVq5LpVgQOPtNR4Zng9MfPrzqXfZ8gfdBKWcRw3B3U89BoCPcUQAvD_BwE
70-80 base is quite normal for Big4. Not sure which company you are looking at. Some of them pay your overtime (though this can depend on the client too) and with Bonus you should end up around 100 all-in.
In terms of apartments it really depends on where you want to live, but would say 1400 Eur is rather the upper end. You can live very comfortable with a 100k in Berlin. I don’t know anyone with that seniority living in a shared apartment. It is just not needed.
Also keep in mind that most other living expenses are a lot cheaper in Germany, like groceries, drinks etc. And also no need to save horrendous amounts for healthcare. If you take the public insurance which is pretty good it should be about 400 a months and you won’t have any co-pays. Except for maybe at the dentist but also this is gonna be way less than what you pay in the US.
Probably - I am now located in Munich - here the prices are nuts
I would also say, that should should look for about 100K all-in.
If you are willing to go for a shared apartment- good to get to know more people - you can get a good one for 500€
