We're looking for a Senior AD who wants to produce lots of TV with crazy talented writers, a great REMOTE work-life balance and very few layers. You'll have access to C level daily. Most briefs are one, sometimes two teams and you'll produce what gets bought. Sound good?
If so please send your CV to Jsimotics@digobrands.com.
Join us for our first virtual panel on Wednesday May 20th at 5 PM EST, Navigating the Ad Industry When the Economy Sucks. Tom Christmann & Paul Fix, award-winning NYC ad creatives and co-deans at Adhouse, will be joining us and taking questions.

Agree that people can speak freely on Zoom calls. And that’s good. I do miss the random chats that aren’t confined to the end of Zoom calls though. The joking. The group laugher that’s heightened by non-verbals. The drinks after work. The normal stuff. The things we won’t know how much we miss, until we get them back.
Yes, like when you taste something for the first time in years, and it reminds you of how good it tasted before.
I agree with having to watch what you’re saying. I feel closer with some of my colleagues now than I ever did before while working in the office. Would never really talk to them, but now talking to them almost every day
The same is happening with me. I feel like I know my colleagues WAY more than I did in the office. I never get nervous about formal 1:1 meetings with my boss now! It’s so much more genuine. And it makes my work better, too. People are kinder, more thoughtful, it seems. I wonder if that would impact going back to the office or if we’d return to our old isolated ways.
