I am currently holding software development team lead position at small government org maintaining small app, and I got offer from a known tech company that their app used by many futurne 500 as Senior Software Engineer.
Should I make the move for better long term benefit for me. As I am afraid my current job will kill my edge as engineer who used to work on complex enterprise software.

Cons : junior title\level, hybrid

Pros : senior role\title, fully remote

Would you go for junior role for high salary? Would it hurt in future?
