I need some guidance. I have an absurdly massive document review project on my hands. 40,000+ documents for production. I’m using a program similar to Relativity, and spending some time messing with searches and predictive algorithms has not gotten me very far. I fear that a manual review of much if not all of this stuff is warranted as it is not separable into categories by search terms alone. Do you ever use an outside doc review vendor? Please help. Manual review would take months and months

I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Most of the projects I've taken on, I've done so as a way to support others without taking much credit for it. Now, a better opportunity came along and I don't have anything to show for my talent as a designer. ALWAYS take credit for what you do, even if it's not your project to begin with.

7 year lawyer here. Been with the same big national firm all 7 years (not BigLaw) doing complex litigation. Been working remote a long time due to moving around for wife’s job. As a result of the moving was bumped off partner track. I’m looking at a great small firm that will be a practice change (but still litigation). I’m told they’re looking for someone with less experience and they’re skeptical because of my experience. It’s frustrating. How do I overcome this?
