I Received offers from Razorpay and CRED for a product role.
Razorpay: 50 LPA fixed + 45 Lakhs ESOPs.
CRED: 60 LPA fixed + 75 Lakhs ESOPs
What should I decide between CRED and Razorpay?
How are appraisals at Razorpay? What's the average hike percentage? Can we ask for more ESOPS during the appraisal before vesting the current ESOPs?

Axa is worth it as if you pay the one off £100 you can use it for other stuff also within that price
Get the referral via Dr Care Anywhere, then have it done privately via Axa. Yes there’s a £100 excess, but once per membership year so any follow on treatment won’t cost you…
Pay the £100 excess then your covered, minutes Sep to Sep so if your rehab or work goes into the next year you’ll need to pay the excess again.
I have a throat issue that the NHS just said was a cough that would go away after a couple weeks. Ended up private, camera down my throat and every test you can imagine done within a week and and my speech therapy that came with it all covered
