I received a job offer from marketing co. And they asked me to join on from Monday.But the catch is they haven't send me any agreement to sign neither they ask me for my details such as bank details, ID etc.They just called over the phone & informed me casually.Nothing has been discussed about the terms & conditions & also not the pay.Shall i go on Monday or ask them about the procedures and what if they deny for any agreement to be signed

A new analyst has joined our team and we often give them models/ slides but don’t always ask them if they know all of the accounting principles to be able to make minute adjustments to EBITDA or free cash flow. We are a FIG platform, so the knowledge required is relatively unique as well and not as easy to google as corporate transactions. Is there a better way to coach the analyst short of just throwing them in the deep end to figure it out or should we wait for them to ask us for help?
