I recently completed my rounds of interview with GS and on the next day the status of my application has been updated as “Interview Completed”. Could anyone please suggest on the next set of steps. Is there any possibility for them to turndown the application?

I have an interview for a technical writer position in the chemistry field. Coming from a lab based chemistry role I'm use to getting technical questions about my lab experience. With this role I'm interviewing for being office based, I'm not sure what questions they may ask. What interview questions can I expect for a technical writing position?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k.
