I recently left a job that was pretty messy. The turnover was high, and there wasn't much of a system in place. I just don't want to sound bitter when I talk about it in interviews. How can I say I'm looking for a more structured team without sounding like I’m just complaining about this company? I want to be honest but also keep things positive.

I’ve had radio silence from a small investment bank for about a week now. I’ve completed several rounds of interviews, but last Thursday the firm reposted the job I’ve been interviewing for.
