I recently started at a new place with 2 people reporting to me. One of the employees who has a visible reporting role has two kids and requires a lot of flexibility, basically working less than 6 hours of the day effective. She also is based in a timezone 3 hours behind. This really limits what i can get her to finish on a day and is frustrating for me. I am all for flexibility but it's unfair when i only have 1 person to assign work to, any helpful advice to manage this situation?

But, I just turned 23 and I’m anxious about my love life and starting a family. I haven’t had a boyfriend since 2019 and I’ve poured my heart and soul into my education & career.

I’ve always wanted to go to law school since age 14. But I also want a husband/kids. I don’t feel like I can have both.

I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Started looking outside and got opportunities.

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

I’m so burnt out that I wish I could yell at people who were not kind or supportive to me, but those people often unfortunately were in position of power.

But (since I started paying attention to this kind of thing) have always been over the income limit to start a Roth IRA. I’ve also not done much contributing in the last few years due to purchasing an apartment and saving for renovations. Cue pandemic joblessness... if married filing separately, would you say it’s a good idea to start a Roth while under the income limit, even in this climate? Any reason not to?
