I was interviewed for 2 rounds ( level 1 and level 2) for BA role in DBS Asia hub@ ( hyderabad). Later there is no communication from HR.. It's been 10 days since the level 2 interview was finished. Can you not email the work to her and ask her for a status update over email regularly? And have a weekly or daily call at a convenient time
Hard deadlines, based on how long she says it will take, if they aren’t met, have a debrief on why. Document the patterns and reasonings of each late assignment.
Does it really matter how many hours she works or when if she’s getting everything accomplished? If she’s not accomplishing a reasonable workload for one person, set up a time to discuss your expectations with her. Also maybe check-in with someone else to be sure your expectations for her workload are realistic.
Ok, so perhaps reframe your question as “ I recently started a new job and one of the two employees reporting to me doesn’t get their work done on time. Their workload is very reasonable for one person. How should I handle this?”
All the other details are irrelevant.
