I rejected an offer a couple of months ago. I can tell based on LinkedIn sleuthing that they still haven’t filled the role, and I’m having second thoughts and think I would accept if I had the chance again. Would it be insane to reach out? Added context, the recruiter really messed up the process and that’s what left a bad taste in my mouth, but I probably would have gone for it if he wasn’t involved.

Hello, I have a final panel interview coming up for a Strategic Product Consultant role at Procore (Construction SaaS). It’ll be 3 separate interviews, 30 minute each with a Team Lead, a Senior Consultant, and a Customer Success Manager.

I’ve already completed 2 interviews; 1 screening interview with a recruiter and 1 with a hiring manager.

I’m currently a PM for a General Contractor looking to pivot into tech.

Looking for advice to prepare for these final rounds of interview. Thanks!

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

What do you think of this approach? Would be curious to hear from both hiring manager perspectives and from candidate perspectives.

I left my job about a year ago to relocate, make sure it was the right decision and start a side business in the mean time. Now I’m actively looking for a new sales position, have tons of experience, but am struggling to even get a response from job apps. I am wondering if this is because of my employment gap? I don’t have my side business listed on my resume because I don’t feel like I have enough positive “stats” to report yet given it’s new. Any advice or recommendations?

After you moved in-house, how did you get more comfortable reviewing contracts or counseling on issues you weren’t super familiar with?
