I saw that the PwC BANW audit manager base salary band last year was $70k to $110k. I had a coachee who was barely above that minimum. Can I just say how insane it is that they pay M1s less than $80k in at least one office in our market? And how they can say the salary band is 70-110? If I got offered 70k to be a manager I would walk out the door. Just venting for those of you expecting giant raises coming your way when you hit manager...
