What is BANW?
Chief
Bay Area northwest
You could make over 70k in BANW tax as A2-A3 (before pandemic). So I doubt audit manager makes less than tax associates.
Is this for HCOL?
Las Vegas is also BANW which include more than SF and San Jose
Since when Vegas is part of BANW….I’m just curious, I’m in Seattle and we are the NW, not sure which marker Vegas is part of
I'm 90k a an S3 in MCOL. If there's a manager that makes that little, they need to know their worth and leave.
Mine is too
It’s not. I’m not in HCOL office and pay is a joke (roughly $90-$85k) Expecting to make double when I exit in July. They’ll never learn how to keep good people. Also, I’m in FS Audit
S1 here in tax in Midwest LCOL at 66.5k (and that’s with getting stiffed in the covid shuffle). No M in Bay Area should be working for 70.
was the coachee consistently poorly rated? I know a fair number of s3s making high 90s in BANW audit
PwC BANW is bleeding heavily. If the partners are sane, no way they’d offer under 100k to a new manager.
For reference, I was an M1 in risk assurance there in 2019 at 117k.
Yes, my partner told me NY and Bay Area were the highest paid markets and considered equivalent COL by the national office
PwC BANW: Seattle in particular, what is the going range for tax M1? Experienced hire. Wondering if tax is better than audit numbers
