Not sure your definition of mid sized, but I’m at an Amlaw 200 firm in a major market. 1900 billable requirement. $177,500 salary. Class of 2017

Am Law 200 - Midwest city, $180,000 3rd year (but market in my are is more like $165,000).
Midsize 2015 $145k. We didn’t do increases in 2020 because of COVID. Bonuses based on hours after 1900. Praying for a double bump this year but if not... we shall see.
Class of 2018. Midsize insurance defense. 1800-but-really-2000 hours. 145k plus hour-related bonus. Hoping for but not counting on (sigh) a raise.

Midsized C/O 2020, insurance defense $80k with impossible bonus structure for first years. No billable minimum but 6-8 daily is the goal.

Midsize, class of 2017, low cost of living city, $145k. Tbh, though, I think my firm's pay is below its peers' comp in the same city.
That sounds very good for a low cost city. I'm in Seattle making 145k with more experience.
