I think soldiers need to find something to do with their time that truly fills them mentally and spiritually after retiring. A day job is fine but I'm not sure it is enough.

I agree, I think we all feel used when we go to war and become veterans, everyone forgets us, we have a veteran's day if it's true but it's not finishing everything we did.

I think that it is not enough with the conversation circles, many of us veterans want to feel really useful and many of us feel that we are not necessary for our families, which is very normal because we spend so much time in combat that our families go growing if we. I think that if there were a way for us veterans to continue helping the military directly, we would feel better.

It is true that I have seen many soldiers who need to be called to combat quickly, they get so used to battle that they are not comfortable in a regular job and in everyday life, and that is due a lot to the fact that they do not have something to occupy their head.

I believe that the best way to help soldiers is to allow them to develop a career during the time they are not in combat, that way they will always have something to do, that is, the state must finance the military jobs that fill them, some will want to be engineers, others lawyers but that is what will really ensure their future.

I think the best way to deal with this problem is to see who the person is and see him less as a soldier, that is to say, surveys where you can know what that person wants to be in addition to being a military man, and to facilitate the options, that is. If this person wants to study for a career, if this person wants to be an athlete, or if he simply wants to be a homebody, all of this must be taken into account when the person is not in combat.

Hello fellow SAP Consultants!
I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.

Does anyone who switched from consulting to product management have any recommendations of h helpful PM books, courses, or programs?

I have been selected at citi but HR is unable to release offer letter. This is because I have worked for citi as contractor or consultant in past but I don't remember my SP ID or GP ID which Citi provides to its temporary employees. HR is checking my SP ID or GP ID which was allocated to me in the past but I don't recall it is. HR is checking this with US team and this process is taking time. If they cannot extract it due to some reason, will they release my offer letter? Please clarify this.
