I tried poke from Costco. It was ok, not the best flavor. Has any one made their own poke before?

I always see the recipes for people taking salmon and other fish from costco and preparing it to eat raw! I've never tried I'm afraid to make myself sick but it seems like a great way to save so much money

Ok I’m happy to know someone else tried it out. I’m still nervous but one day ahahah

As it’s been getting colder I’ve been dabbling in soups. This is a brie and mushroom soup paired with balsamic onion & mushroom toast. It was super tasty and really hit the spot. It can also be used in place of cream of mushroom from a can in recipes if you’re looking for a different taste.

Hello all, for those working in an agency. I wanted to see what your typical client workload is? I’ve been in my role for about a year but the workload has changed dramatically without hiring help.

Can you please share:

- how many active pitches you send per month for those clients on average

Thanks all!
