Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

UPDATE: I GOT A JOB OFFER YESTERDAY!!! THANK Y'ALL FOR YOUR KIND WORDS!
🥳🥳🥳 Congratulations OP!! That's incredible news. I hope you love it ❤️
What market(s) are you looking in? Any specific practice group? I can check my firms internal job board to see if we have anything
I have been noticing that the jobs offered are absolutely ridiculous in what they expect versus what they pay. They are basically asking you to do two jobs and at the end of a dissertation of what they expect from you, want to pay $52,000 per year. Insurance defense is always looking for people. Also, a lot of the big PI firms. (they call them churn and burn firms) as well as the foreclosure firms. If you’re not getting interviews, it might be your résumé. You may want to have AI redo your résumé for you. There are specific programs that scan resumes for companies, and if there are not certain buzz words on the résumé, you won’t get an interview. Good luck!
