Here are 2 podcasts to listen to: Podcasts: "Community Signal" - This podcast features interviews with community professionals from a variety of industries, discussing best practices and strategies for community management. "Community Pulse" - This podcast covers a range of topics related to community management, including strategy, metrics, and engagement.

Bosses want to see improvement and community outreach as well as the community growing. Twitter, Facebook, IndieDB, and Discord. Prove that you are growing the community so your boss can see the numbers of likes and follows are going up.

Stephen Gates has a podcast I listened to for a while:

https://thecrazy1.com/

Books I would recommend. "The Art of Community: Building the New Age of Participation" by Jono Bacon - This book is a comprehensive guide to building and managing communities, with practical advice and case studies. AND.... "Buzzing Communities: How to Build Bigger, Better, and More Active Online Communities" by Richard Millington - This book provides a step-by-step guide to building and managing online communities, with tips and strategies for engagement and growth.

Also look at online courses such as: "Community Management Fundamentals" by CMX - This online course covers the basics of community management, with lessons on strategy, engagement, and growth or "Managing Online Communities" by Mediabistro - This course covers best practices for managing online communities, with lessons on moderation, user engagement, and crisis management. You could also look into: the "Community Manager Handbook" by Higher Logic - This online resource provides a comprehensive guide to community management, with articles, case studies, and best practices or "The Community Roundtable" - This online community of community managers provides resources, networking opportunities, and events to help professionals improve their skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

A podcast called In Before The Lock, hosted by Erica Kuhl and Brian Oblinger, discusses community, customer experience, and successful leadership as your community grows.

The Community Strategy Podcast stands true to its name by providing a thorough examination of the difficulties, pressures, and achievements encountered while trying to establish an online community.

I know a few other community managers who have turned to The Membership Geeks, formerly known as the Membership Guys, for practical advice on how to expand their operations.

Listen to The Creative Elements Podcast. This is a stimulating listen that will inspire you to start acting on all of the ideas you've been harboring about creating an online community if you enjoy learning about the creative process in addition to strategy.

I love Keep Connected. This podcast is fantastic for people looking for intriguing tales about a variety of communities, the difficulties in managing successful communities, and simple advice from those who have experience in bringing people together.

For books, I enjoyed reading "Community Management for Dummies" by Deborah Ng and "Community Management: Strategies for Building and Engaging Online Communities" by Nancy J. Reynolds. Both are great introductory texts with a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals of community management.

If you want to stay up to date with the latest trends in community management, I highly recommend The Community Manager Podcast by Scott Stratten, The Community Roundtable by Rachel Happe and Jim Storer, and Community Leadership Podcast by Robyn Tippins.

There are various materials available to community managers, like webinars, ebooks, and conferences. The Community Management Institute, Community Manager Forum, and CMX Hub are great resources for finding these materials.

Loving the recommendations. You can look up popular online courses like Community Management Essentials by Hootsuite Academy and Community Management Masterclass by Brand24 Academy.

For an online course, you might want to check Community Management Fundamentals by CMX. Community Strategy and The creative elements podcast.

WFH Vs WF Office Vs Hybrid, Which one should you take?
If you are fresher, go for a WF Office setup. You will learn things beyond your work. In the initial phase of of your career, one needs to focus more on learning than on comfort. The interactions at office, meeting with collegues, conversations at the cafeteria, sense of responsibilty, the need to walk up on time to reach office etc will shape you for better.

Once you have a work experience of few year then any setup is fine. Go for WFH.
