Worst consulting company to work for ?
Hi,
In tcs my joining date is passed still not received onboarding link.
Is it normal there because been 4 days delay still they are not giving any update.
It’s kinda hectic to call every time to recruiter and get back with the same answer like work in process.
Should I even expect the joining date?
Let me know if anyone faced that kind of situation before. Tata Consultancy even onboarding manger is not giving Reply’s to my. Mails

In general, I think it's important to be respectful and professional, but also to be assertive and in control of the situation. I don't think there's anything wrong with being friendly and explaining the reason for the stop, but I also don't think it's necessary to be overly chatty. If the driver is cooperative, then I'm happy to have a conversation, but if they're not, then I'm not going to waste my time trying to be friendly.
I think the aggressive approach can be helpful in some situations, but it's important to use it judiciously. If the driver is being aggressive or threatening, then an aggressive response may be necessary to de-escalate the situation. However, if the driver is simply nervous or scared, then an aggressive response is likely to make the situation worse.
I think it's smart to approach with a friendly demeanor so you don't provoke an aggressive response from the person pulled over. Honestly these days, people are so totally on edge around cops that I don't take any chances to make someone angry if I can avoid it.
Many times opening the door for discussion turns into a roadside court hearing. Keep it short and sweet yet professional. Many times over the driver determines the outcome for themselves.
You're definitely a 1 out of 10 cops who are friendly. It's really a dilemma as most of us are trained to be aggressive. Anyway, stay friendly and just be professional in your approach as always.
