I was offered a remote position by a company who said the previous person was fired. In the hiring conversation the manager, when talking about the work computer, said that everything is on the cloud and if you get terminated all of your access will be blocked. It didn't make me excited to start working there. I immediately felt like, "I'm not looking forward to getting fired" instead of being excited to start a new role. I have a bad gut feeling. I appreciate thoughts from others on this.

I moved to US a couple of years back and did my CPA. I accepted an offer of 58k for tax associate at a PA firm. Getting experience was my priority. Now after 3 years I am at 76k.
