I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

I got 2 offers one from HCL and another from LTIMindtree. I want to join HCL but they are yet to release offer letter but has given confirmation over mail.

For LTIMindtree I have received the offer letter and yet to accept the same, but they are soon staring background verification for onboarding as soon as I accept the offer letter.

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I’m a first year associate (almost second year). I work at a national firm and I’m not a litigator. When I started with the firm, I was told I could work out of any office. Long story short, I regret choosing the office that I chose. I’d like to transfer to another office - is that a difficult ask? I’m licensed in the state I’d like to transfer to. Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The partner said because I joined the firm later in the year, it’s normal not to advance in the next year. Is it? Thanks!
