I was referred by an Internal employee for two different risk and resilience positions at Netflix after a really great conversation. My contact told me the recruiter had already pulled my resume for the second position after I was referred for the first one, which I thought was a good sign. But I haven't heard a word from anyone since then--that all happened five weeks ago. It's an L6 position, so I'm wondering if they take a long time to set up interviews for those positions.

What’s a good starting salary for a newer attorney? I’ve never worked anywhere but in the public sector (even before becoming an attorney). Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. Taking my shot in tech sales. Consulting was great experience but enjoyed the relationship and BD aspect more and didn’t see myself climbing to partner. I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
