Manage $100m and that's $2m/year, more than the prtnrs. On top of that, it's actually not that hard and kind of fun. I could probably run that from my apartment.

Got offered 68k after 2 years as a contractor (62.5k) doing project management/business admin in a tech department at a Fortune 500 bank.
