I will be hiring my first EA soon to help clear up my time so I can do more executive-level work. I’ve shared a few EAs with other colleagues before, usually for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and some ad hoc requests. Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. Potential employer has 10k plus employees. I will have two reports and will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards. Any thoughts or advise on offer made?
