I work at an agency everyone loves to hate on this app and yet... it’s my favorite place I’ve worked to date, after 6 years in this industry. I love the work I’m doing and the people I’m surrounded by, and I feel like my salary is great with lots of opportunities for growth. Can anyone relate? 🙃

The title is standard “counsel” although the work would be with the senior leadership team and reporting to the GC in Europe. How reasonable is it to ask for a bump in title - Senior counsel or Head of Legal, US?
