I work hard and my team, director and VP is always celebrating me, even other teams that I work with outside my department. I am innovative and proactive but I feel stuck in a company that is growing rapidly and a team that is killing it in the business, what should I do to not bee too hard on myself because I know I am doing a great job?

Anyone feel as if it’s hard to stay with a company when you’re the only one of color? (&young) I’ve work for 3 companies in past 5 years and have yet to make meaningful colleague relationships. I just do not relate to the conversation and just find it hard to picture myself being a long-term employee. I’ve had better relationships when working at wal-mart when I was in college. I feel it takes away some of the joy of having to go to work.
