I work remotely for a small company with no benefits, but the salary is great and I love the mission. The issue is the CEO can be reactive firing people quickly and making sudden decisions so it feels unstable. I have interviews with bigger companies that offer health insurance, but I’m unsure if leaving a smaller company (where I could grow faster) for a more stable corporate role is smarter long term. What would you do in my position?

I think having experience across both is good for you long term. And right now, it sounds like you’re in a toxic environment. So I’d prioritize getting out for your wellbeing

In desperate need of referrals/recommendations for a reverse recruiter or headhunters that work for job seekers rather than employers. I’ve been job searching and interviewing for 2 years now and I can’t take it anymore! I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, the most it’s taken in the past was 5 months to get a job. I am thinking of leaving my stable full time job for a contract position (ongoing with no time frame) for a bigger raise (making an exra $20/hour) with a large tech company. I'll still get benefits through Aquent so it's not a huge loss. It just feels risky in terms of being a contractor and the potential for it to end at anytime. Seems like a good opportunity though to get my foot in the door and potentially apply for full time jobs later on

I may lose a job opportunity because of my credit history - what can I do?

Started in *May* - Prior to signing everything, I expressed concern to the recruiter about the credit check. Honestly, it’s not great but it’s not terrible. The recruiter told me many times to not sweat it because it the background check was the main thing. And that we could talk through anything on the credit report. Now HR is telling me they may rescind the offer pending review. I’m crushed. What can I do?

Hi everyone,
I want to have a career advice. I have recently started a full time job in gaming industry for 2 months as a jr manager.
