Hi all, I just got a job offer at PwC for a senior consultant position. The salary is 30% above my total comp right now, but I’m just worried about the amount of work I will have to put in compared to my amazing work life balance now. Does anyone have any experience moving from industry to consulting? I need some advice on what to do. I’m still early in my career (1.4yoe) so I feel like I shouldn’t care too much about wlb, but at the same time, I don’t want my mental health to suffer either.

$25 is the most we can give. I do a raffle with anyone who refers business to me monthly for a $25 gift card
My husband sends lotto scratchers. It’s great when someone wins, they always contact him to let him know.
Love this idea!!!
I play it safe and stick with handwritten thank-you notes.
This can depend a lot on your state, licence, etc. Going over certain dollar amounts can also be an issue. Also can be a problem when tying the ‘gift’ with the purchase. I’d just do some checking around. Referrals are a great way to get business, but definitely a lot of stipulations to consider.
Try alignable?
When it was time to refinance my house, the mortgage company I went through ended up giving me a $10 Starbucks card after closure. I was referred by somebody at work and he got a round of golf. My daughter is a realtor had a custom wine and cheese board made for her after she closed on her first home.
It depends on the line of business. If you are giving a "Gift" to a Medicare beneficiary, CMS limits the retail amount to $15, and you cannot give cards that could be redeemable for cash, or cards that are for stores where you could buy everything (like cash), for example Amazon or Walmart cards.
