Check if your company has access to Udemy or Coursera. There are tons of Excel options.

Just like anything else, practice practice practice. Finding new problems to solve that force you to think a different way or learn a new technique has worked for me. And if you want some 1:1 help as you work through stuff, feel free to dm me. Sometimes don’t explain something completely and it can helpful to have a real life conversation with someone.

I would say take up new tasks maybe at work, see where you can automate stuff that will help you brain storm alot. That’s how I learned over years and I can say I am at an expert proficiency.
